This position contributes to the well being and growth of Britt’s through making sure customers’ needs are met by preparing orders according to our quality standards. This position ensures that customers’ needs are met by preparing food orders according to instructions provided by the Head Chef, incorporating any special needs and preferences as relayed by the server.
Kitchen experience is not a requirement for this position though previous restaurant experience is considered an asset.

This job is physically demanding, requiring some moderate lifting (up to 50lbs.) and working in a very fast paced environment. Incumbents are always on their feet, in close quarters, working in very warm temperatures, paying close attention to detail, and handling sharp objects safely.
